Pay for people, not seats
Arivo is billed per person who receives visitor notifications — not headcount. The more people you add, the less each one costs, and the total is always capped at 4 999 NOK per month.
Volume pricing
Progressive brackets, like income tax: each band’s rate applies only to the users inside it.
1–5 users
39 NOK per user per month.
6–20 users
29 NOK per user per month.
21–75 users
22 NOK per user per month.
76–200 users
16 NOK per user per month.
201+ users
9 NOK per user per month.
Price cap
Your total is never more than 4 999 NOK per month, no matter how many users you add.
Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 30 days with full access, no credit card required. Billing starts only if you keep using Arivo after the trial.
- What counts as a billable user?
- Only employees who are set up to receive visitor notifications. Colleagues who never appear on a terminal cost nothing.
- Are there setup or hardware fees?
- No. Use any tablet you already have, or just a printed QR code. No setup fee, no per-terminal fee.
- How do I pay?
- By monthly invoice (EHF or email). Month to month, cancel anytime, no lock-in.
